HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
The first step to placing an order is deciding which kind of product you want: blank or personalised. For blank products, you can order them online. But, to buy a customised product you should contact us for a personalised quote.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If ordering blank products, you can amend or cancel your order. However, once an order has been confirmed for customised products, it is not possible to make any amendments due to the nature of them being tailored specifically to your requirements.
ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
Our minimum order quantities are small and start from just 20 units per design on customised products. For additional services such as garment finishing, the minimum order quantity is increased to 50 units per design.
DO YOU CHARGE A SAMPLE FEE?
Yes, samples are payable and are available in specific product bundles or as individual items. We cannot provide samples for customised prints/embroidery unless part of a large bulk order (minimum 200 units per design).

DO YOU SELL BLANK OR CUSTOMISATED PRODUCTS?
Both! We cover all your possible necessities with a complete service that starts with blank graments, printed or embroidered products and finishes with some extra details that complete the brand transformation of the garment.
HOW CAN I EXPLORE THE TRACEABILITY OF MY ITEM?
All of our items have a QR Code which shows the complete manufacturing process to the customer. With the Lyfcycle App you can scan this code and discover the sustainable history of your clothing item.
WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our products are currently made in Pakistan and, in order to minimise our carbon footprint, our entire production chain happens in Karachi - from fibre sourcing to fabric knitting and ultimately garment production. Did you know that the transportation of a product form overseas only accounts for 1% of carbon emissions of a product on average? The rest is made up from the choices we make in the fabrics and materials we choose.
WHICH SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
Within each producys a size specification in order to determine your correct size.
DO GARMENTS HAVE ANY LABEL OR TAG?
Yes, all the products have a Lyfcycle tag with can be reeplaced by your own tag by purchasing the garment finishing service. Contact us for more information about this.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, you will receive the same product that appears in the picture with all the changes that you demand us.
WHERE CAN YOU PRINT OR EMBROIDER ON MY CLOTHING?
We can print and embroider on the front and back of all garments, also on the sleeves and on the inner back neck area.
HOW MANY PRINT COLOURS CAN I USE?
It is possible to do various colour combinations and add up to six colours to create the prefered personalisation.
WHAT RESOLUTION DO YOU NEED FOR PRINTING?
We need a hi-resolution in order to create a proper personalisation. A PDF or Vector format are the bests documents to achieve an adequate customisation.
CAN I MIX DIFFERENT KIND OF GARMENTS OR SIZES THROUGH THE SAME DESIGN?
Yes, you can mix different sizes, colours or kind of garments with the same deign. We are here to make your life easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE SWING TAGS AND LABEL SAMPLES?
When the artwork is not provided we offer as a service the design creation of the swing tags and labels. Then we give
digital proofs but not physical samples.
